How to set up synchronisation with Google Calendar

  1. Open Calendar synchronisation in the main menu.

  2. Select what you want to synchronise:

  • Events

  • Tasks

  • Care plan

  1. Tap Sync Calendar.

  2. Sign in to your Google account and follow the instructions.


How synchronisation works

Events assigned directly to you and those not assigned to anyone are synchronised.

The care plan syncs from the moment you turn it on.

If a single care session is set up for multiple children, Google Calendar will display it as a single entry. If you set up care sessions for each child separately, they will appear separately in the calendar.

Synchronisation may take a few minutes the first time you set it up.

💡 Tip: The calendar in the app syncs via Google Sync and you can view it in your favourite calendar app too.
