Changing your password and forgotten passwords

You can change your password at any time:

1. Open the main menu.

2. Select the Change Password section.

Your privacy is very important to us. Sensitive parts of the app, such as Chat or Notebook, are therefore protected by strong encryption.

Your password acts as a unique security key, ensuring that only you have access to this data.

Forgotten password

If you request a password reset, a new security key will be generated. For security reasons, it is therefore not possible to access previous Chat and Notebook content.

These sections will be deleted after your password is reset. However, you can continue to use the app without restriction and start creating new entries.

The good news is that this change only affects your account – the other parent’s account and their data are not affected in any way.
