How to get started
Getting started

1. Sign up
After downloading the app, enter:
first name
surname
email
password
This will create your user account. Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to complete your registration and create your account. Return to the app and log in using your newly created account. Don’t forget to make a note of your password – it protects your data, and if you forget your password and wish to reset it, important content will be permanently deleted for security reasons.
Important notice:
When you register, you’ll choose your subscription type (monthly or annual) and enter your payment details. However, nothing will be charged – the details are used for verification purposes only, which is standard practice on the App Store and Google Play.
You will receive a free month, during which you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not cancel it, the amount for the selected subscription will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period.
2. App settings
The app will guide you through the whole process, or you can set everything up later. Here are the instructions:
Create a family
Open the main menu.
Select Family Management.
Tap the ‘+’ button in the top right-hand corner.
Name the family.
Add children
Open the family you have created.
Tap the ‘+’ button.
Add individual children.
Enter their names and basic details.
In the child’s profile, you can add, for example:
date of birth
blood type
weight
height
shoe size
a photo of the child
This creates a handy family cheat sheet – you always have all the important information to hand.
It’s handy, for example, at the doctor’s or when shopping.
Your details are secure and can only be viewed by you and the other parent.
Invite the other parent
For the app to work to its full potential, both parents need to use it.
Procedure:
Open the family.
Tap the ‘+’ button.
Add the other parent.
Enter their first name, surname and email address.
Assign them to the family.
Tap Save family member.
What happens next?
The other parent will receive an invitation to the app.
If they already have the app, it will appear directly in the app.
If they don’t have it yet, they’ll receive an invitation by email.
Once they accept the invitation:
they will install the app
they will confirm the family invitation in their notifications
Your accounts will be linked and from then on you will share:
a calendar
tasks
notebook
expenses
chat
From now on, you’re all one team in the app.
💡 Tip: You don’t have to use the app just for children. You can also use it, for example, for:
caring for grandparents
caring for pets
You can also set up multiple families at the same time. This is handy, for example, if you’re organising care across multiple households and want to keep track of all the children in one place.
