The app uses 3 types of notifications.

Push notifications

A message on the lock screen.
Tapping this opens the details of the event or task.

Red number on the app icon

Shows the number of unread notifications.

Blue dots

Indicate new items within the app.

If you miss a push notification, you can also find all new items directly within the app.

Blue dots – how they work

Home

New notifications in Zvoneček (e.g. changes to the care plan, task approvals or suggested edits).

Unread items have a blue header and a dot.

Tap ‘Read All’ to mark everything as read.

Chat

A new message is marked with a blue dot.

A blue name and a dot indicate a conversation with a new message.
