Upload time depends on your internet speed.

When uploading a large file, do not tap Send repeatedly to ensure the file is sent correctly.

If the upload fails, check the permissions on your phone:

Apple (iOS)
Settings → app2us Family → Photos → Full Access

Android
Settings → Apps → app2us Family → Permissions → Camera / Gallery → Allow while using the app
